Booking and cancellation policy

How booking works

• On the booking page, choose your services or a package, a look from the lookbook if you like, and a preferred day and time, then send the request with your name and Egyptian mobile number.
• Your request reaches the studio straight away. It is a request, not yet an appointment: the studio confirms the time, your artist and your seat with you on WhatsApp or by phone.
• You then have a private booking card with a QR code. Keep it: showing it at reception records your arrival.

Times

The studio is open every day, 10:00–22:00. When the studio's live schedule is available, the booking page shows only the times that are free; otherwise the times you choose are preferences, and the studio confirms the exact time with you or suggests the nearest free one.

Prices

Prices are confirmed with you before your appointment.

Changing or cancelling

• To change or cancel, message us on WhatsApp or call the studio (WhatsApp or a call to the studio) as early as you can, so your time can go to someone else.

Running late

If you are running late, let us know, and the studio will do what it can to keep your appointment or offer the nearest free time.

Who we welcome

PARSO NAILS is a women-only studio. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to request the appointment for you.
