Who we are

PARSO NAILS is a nail and beauty studio at 14 Tripoli St., off Abbas El Akkad St., Nasr City, Cairo. We decide how the personal data described here is used and we are responsible for it. To reach us about your data: WhatsApp or a call to the studio.

What we collect

• When you request an appointment: your name, mobile number, the services you choose, your preferred day, time and specialist, your address only if you ask for a home visit, and any note you write.
• Your language and the private link that lets you follow your request, both kept in your own browser.
• Job applications are sent from your WhatsApp to ours; the website itself stores none of them.
• Technical data every website receives - IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open - used to deliver the site, keep it secure and measure visits.

Why we use it

• To arrange and confirm your appointment and contact you about it by phone or WhatsApp - this is needed to carry out your request.
• To keep the site secure and stop misuse, for example by limiting repeated booking requests from one network.
• To understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising, through the tools named below.
• To keep the records the law requires for the services you receive.

We do not sell your data, and no decision about you is made automatically.

Cookies and measurement

• Google Analytics 4 (Google) sets cookies such as _ga to count visits and see which pages are used. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) sets the _fbp cookie to measure and improve our adverts on Facebook and Instagram. You can manage this in your Meta account’s ad preferences.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics and our own visit counter use no cookies; the counter keeps only totals per day (page, referring site, device type, country) and no identifier.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; booking still works.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers that run these services for us: Cloudflare (hosting, security and storage), Google (Analytics), and Meta (the Pixel, and WhatsApp when we message you). They may process data outside Egypt under their own data-protection commitments. We disclose data to an authority only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• On the website, your name, number, address and notes are erased automatically 30 days after your request reaches the studio.
• At the studio, your client record (name, number and visits) is kept while you are our client and for as long as accounting and legal duties require.
• Analytics data is kept according to Google’s and Meta’s own retention settings.

Your rights

In line with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020) and international practice, you can ask to know what we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to its use, and you can withdraw any consent you gave. Ask us through WhatsApp or a call to the studio, or in person; we answer within 30 days. Records the law obliges us to keep are deleted when that duty ends.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and your details are open only to the studio staff who need them. No system is perfectly secure, but we act promptly on any problem we find.

Children

If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to request the appointment for you.

Changes

When this notice changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
